Something that really makes me happy is bullet journaling. I have a journal wich I fill with everything going on in my head! Everything from poems and writings to mood trackers and habit trackers and doodles.
I love journaling. I have too much in my head and I need to let it out. I set my goals in my journal too, it's like a companion with ideas and joy.
It also helps me structure my everyday life.
Right now I'm sitting here, eating breakfast, and doodling in my bullet journal.
